Aspiring wedding planners can learn from the best by attending Mark Niemierko's Wedding Academy. The course launched in 2011 and was so successful that new dates have been added for January and April 2012.
Students will learn about the process of planning, wedding etiquette, budgeting, bridal fashion and beauty. There will be Q&A sessions and a food and drinks tasting.
Guest speakers will include Elton John's florist Rob Van Helden, cake designer Peggy Porschen and Princess Diana's make-up artist, Maggie Hunt. Stewart Parvin will be a guest speaker at January's academy. Breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea -and the odd glass of champagne - will be served each day.
Mark has planned weddings for Russian oligarchs, Premiership football players and society couples. The week-long course will be held in The Dorchester, London.
